The construction work of the proposed residential hotel has been already Completed. The hotel will offer excellent standard facilities for the local and international borders. The Feasibility Study has been made covering technical, market, economic, and financial aspects. The total capital outlay of the project has been estimated at Tk 542464 Thousand. The hotel is proposed to be operated by local management with efficient manpower.
